Our goal is to provide the customer a complete solution, from the creation of a quotation, specification of the customer's requirements, through the approval of the concept, the mechanical design, the production and assembly, the electrical design and electrical installation, and at the end of the programming and tune it at the customer plant.
At this stage of single purpose, machine/fixture are specified customer requirements. Then development continues. The design work is done in 3D Autodesk Inventor and ZW 3D CAD design software. Every customer project is specific. We seldom develop 2 identical devices, and therefore we are forced almost always to find a new design solution. Many years of experience in industrial automation help us to do it.
Almost all manufactured parts for single-purpose machines and fixtures are produced on our own machines (3-axis machining center, conventional lathe and milling machine, drilling machine, etc.) We also provide custom production according to the supplied drawing documentation and 3D data. We primarily produce from aluminum alloys (about 80%), steel, stainless steel, cast-iron and other metal and non-metallic materials.
We are able to provide locksmith work. Machining (see article above), MIG/MAG, TIG welding and welding of coated electrode. Our employees have many years of experience in that industry. Our products include gates, staircases, handrails, guardrails and other building locksmithing. Then shelves, frames, racks, gates, doors, fixtures, etc. We manufacture it using the machinery of the renowned brands: Fronius, Alfa in, De Walt, Hilti etc.
Assembly means completion of different subgroups or single assembly units built from manufactured and purchased parts. All these units create one whole – single-purpose machine or fixture.
If the single purpose machine is done mechanically, then the installation of the device with the electrical components will take place. After completion of the assembly work, the device will "revive" complete device and create a user-friendly interface for the operator and service. This is part of programmer work. We install our equipment especially with Siemens components, but it always depends on customer requirements.
We provide warranty and after-warranty service of our devices. We are able to provide service to other equipment as well.

We perform statical analysis of individual design unit. We are able to provide dynamic analysis but in cooperation with an external company.
Because we develop and produce measuring fixtures, 3D measurement is an inherent activity for us. In the meantime, we have to be satisfied with an external accredited laboratory, but at the 2-3 year horizon, we would like to own the Zeiss Accura measuring device.
